This visionary project for Travelers Insurance intended to empower women in the insurance industry nationwide. We conceptualized Mentora, an AI-driven platform designed to provide personalized career advice, 24/7 support, a comprehensive resource library, networking opportunities, and goal tracking. Through extensive research, user feedback, and iterative design, we aimed to address mentorship gaps and support career advancement.

Despite the project's discontinuation, it was a rewarding experience that showcased my skills in concept development. Mentora highlighted the potential of AI in bridging mentorship gaps and the importance of creative ideation in developing impactful solutions.
