A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of final files. Work does not start until the deposit is received, no exceptions.

Two rounds of revisions are included in every project. A revision round means consolidated feedback submitted at one time: not ongoing changes. Additional rounds are available at an hourly rate.

Your project will not begin until all copy, assets, and required materials are submitted. If your content is not ready, your start date moves. Incomplete briefs are not accepted.

One point of contact per project. All feedback must come from the final decision-maker. Conflicting feedback from multiple stakeholders is not something we absorb into the timeline.

If we don't hear from you for 14 days, your project is paused. After 30 days of no contact, your project is closed and your deposit is forfeited. You're welcome to restart: a restart fee will apply to reopen the project.

Deposits are non-refundable. Once work begins, you're being billed for time and creative direction, not just final files.
